What's the easiest way to become happy?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 18, 2007:


Our emotions, our actions and even our very existence is in essence a vibration. 

Try this out. Loosen up your eyes, mouth, cheeks, ears, temples and neck.. Stretch and then shake off your body, sit with a tall spine. Gently close your eyes. Gradually tune out of your mental chatter. Unhook yourself from what you know. 

Happiness is a Heart thing : )

Whenever you are ready, begin to visualize breathing in violet coloured air through a small flower-like opening in the front of your Heart, all the way to the back of the Heart (breathe in for 4-6 seconds). As you breath in, visualize every cell in your body from head to toe becoming energized and aligned with the violet airflow.

Hold this brilliant ever-rejuvenating breath in for a few moments.

Now, visualize exhaling out thick black smoke the same way out through the heart (breathe out for 4-6 seconds). As you breath out witness the worries, the hooks, the labels and the negativity leave every cell in your body along with the thick black smoke.

Repeat as many times as you wish. When you feel like you are glowing with violet energy (which will shortly happen). smile at your inner self for helping you change your vibration - Smile - You are already here : )
